DevOps from business perspective
DevOps is a way of working gathering both IT staff and developers. This means that development and operation departments choose to collaborate in order to improve their global effectiveness and benefit from a tighter integration. Gathering those two kinds of teams and competencies allows faster problem solving, better communication for more transparency when working on projects, and it improves the overall management. DevOps is also seen as a better way for developers to work directly and efficiently with stakeholders. In this webinar, Kate helped us realise the benefits of this way of working and the positive and negative aspects from the business perspective specifically.
