Content migration with Drupal 8 and Migrate module

Migrating to Drupal 8 is currently one of the most useful changes any Drupal-based site could do if it has not done it yet. Different arguments can be used to support that idea, including security, GDPR module for full compliance etc.
However, migrating to Drupal 8 can be seen as scary. This is why a migration tool has been added to the engine core in order to ease the migration of modules. Therefore, you can now import content from different sources coming from different databases (internal and external).
